3 injured in turnpike crash tonight

NEW MIDDLETOWN — The Ohio State Highway Patrol said three people were injured in a one-car accident in the westbound lanes of the Ohio Turnpike around 9:05 p.m. Tuesday.

The car rolled over at mile marker 234 in Springfield Township, the OSHP said.

The names of the victims weren’t released, but police said all three were taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. The accident caused no traffic problems, police said.
