Banquet for Lions Clubs District 13-D

Special to The Vindicator PAST GOVERNORS: A La Cart Catering in Canfield was the setting Oct. 19 for an annual banquet hosted by the Lions Club Past District Governors Association of District 13-D. The event featured dinner, a business session and a roll call of deceased members. A talk on the state of the district was presented by District Governor Don Heldman, who was accompanied by his wife, Ruby, of East Liverpool Lions Cub. Attending were, seated from left, Don Martin of Crestwood, Heldman, of East Liverpool, Verna Williams of Warren, Dwain Hawkins of New Waterford, Don Jones of Cortland and Bob Whited of Austintown. Standing: Ted Filmer of Canfield, Bill Mundy of Lisbon, Bob Booher of Canal Fulton, Dave Rice of Sebring, Ron Anderson of Lisbon, Paul Metrovich of Calcutta, Tom Kirkbride of Lisbon, Jerry McCullough of Niles and Chuck Allcorn of Sebring. Attending but not pictured was Dave Repass of Ravenna. Coordinators were Past District Governor Ted Filmer and his wife, Jean, of Canfield.
