Man held for trial in shooting death of Pa. woman
PITTSBURGH (AP) — A Pittsburgh man has been ordered to stand trial in the shooting death of a woman who was to testify in the trial of his brother in the murder of her stepbrother.
Twenty-six-year-old Charles Cabiness is charged with the Aug. 22 killing of 38-year-old Monnica Gay, of Wilkinsburg. She was supposed to be a witness in the case of his brother, Luzay Watson, who is awaiting trial in the May 14 shooting death of her stepbrother, Davon Young.
Cabiness told reporters “It wasn’t me” last month as he was being led to jail.
