NORTH LIMA — Cogun Inc. has been named best building contractor in the country for the second year in a row. The company received the Solomon Award, which is presented by Church Production and Worship Facilities magazines. Cogun was chosen this year for its work done for one of the fastest-growing churches in the U.S., Elevation Church in Matthews, N.C. The project included renovating a 43,000-square-foot former Kmart store and warehouse to house a 900-seat worship area and administration space.

YOUNGSTOWN — Carney-McNicholas, an agent of United Van Lines, has been honored by the moving company exceptional professional achievement. It was presented with the company’s President’s Club Award at the $2 million sales level.

HUBBARD — The Best Western Penn-Ohio Inn & Suites was named Best of the Best in Customer Care at Best Western International’s annual convention recently. Out of Best Western’s 2,400 properties in the U.S. and Canada, 106 received the award. Hotels are judged on customer service, design standards and other criteria.
