Marty Cline of Hartville has been named director of business development, Midwest states, for WRP Investments in Liberty.

She had been director of business development at Capital Securities of America.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University.

LAW

Theo Kafantaris of Columbus, a Warren native and graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, has registered as a patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademarks Office.

He previously had worked at the patent office as an examiner. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Ohio State University and a law degree from Capital University.

MEDICINE

Dr. Brock Generalovich has opened a plastic and reconstructive surgery practice at 7641 Market St., Boardman, and at 107 Royal Birkdale Drive, Columbiana.

He will perform surgeries at the Surgical Hospital at Southwoods in Boardman.

He received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine University. He has been in private practice in Beachwood, Ohio, since 2005.

REAL ESTATE

Dom Triveri, Sharon Riggs and Nancy Cuffle, agents with Re/Max Valley Real Estate in Boardman, received awards for being among the top agents in sales in the Re/Max Central & Northern Ohio Regions for the months of May and August 2009.

Berkman, Jorgensen, Masters & Stafman, a Howland accounting firm, has brought on Leonard Gantler, a certified public accountant, as a partner. He has more than 30 years of tax, accounting and business-consulting experience. Betsy Tanner was hired as a paraprofessional, and Deborah Jones was hired to work in firm administration.
