MONDAY

• Transplants will have a picnic at 7:30 p.m. at the Gwen Willock House, 14242 W. Calla Road, Salem. Club members will serve as co-hostesses. Carol Densevich will have the raffle.

• Woodland will meet at 7 p.m. with Ginger Evans and Betty Jensen as hostesses.

TUESDAY

• Daphne will have a 10 a.m. meeting at Moonhawk Herbals in Vienna. Jennifer Rich will conduct a tour at 10:30. Coordinators are Barbara Guzell and Earline Gotthardt.

WEDNESDAY

• Mahoning will meet for lunch at noon at a restaurant in the Salem area. Afterward, John Dunlap will present a program on “Charles Burchfield” at the Burchfield Homestead, 867 E. Fourth St., Salem. Hostesses will be Joyce Cervone and Karen Olinger.

THURSDAY

• Nature Lovers will preview the Aug. 8 petite show at 1 p.m. at Fellows Riverside Gardens. Members will demonstrate petite designs, and examples of petite horticulture will be displayed.

• St. Charles has scheduled a picnic for 6 p.m. at the St. Matthew and St. Mark rooms. Featured will be the installation of officers.

• Sweetbriar has scheduled the spring planting at Austintown Library for 7 p.m. Hostess will be Erma Adams.

SATURDAY

• Ikebana will have an exhibit at Fellows Riverside Gardens. Each member is to take two exhibits, and designs are to be in place by 11 a.m. Public viewing will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The exhibit will be dismantled at 5 p.m. Sunday.

• New Bedford will meet at the church at 10:15 a.m. and take a road trip to Moonhawk Herbals, 731 Sodom-Hutchings Road, Vienna.

• Garden club events are published Sunday. The deadline is noon Thursday.
