DAVIE, FLA. — James Robert Wilson and Amber Leigh Wedmore, both of Weston, Fla., were united in marriage on Jan. 16 at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church.
The bride is a daughter of Marsha Wedmore of Rockwell, Iowa, and the late Terry Wedmore, and the groom is a son of John and Colleen Wilson of Youngstown.
Serving as the honor attendant was the bride’s sister, Abbey Pitzenberger, and bridesmaids were Jessica Luebbert, Sara Ford, Kimberley Brehm, Jennifer Kudelka, and Madison Adams. Flower girls were Allison and Caitlin Pitzenberger, the bride’s nieces.
Joseph Wilson performed the duties of best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Matt Diana; Bill Canning; Dan Ford; Rich Tynal; Ryan McNicholas; Justin Steele; Adam Wedmore, the bride’s brother; and Ben Pitzenberger, her brother-in law.
The bride is a clinical pharmacist at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Sunrise, Fla. She graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, with a doctor of pharmacy degree.
The groom is a client services manager with Ticketmaster in Miami. He graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus with a bachelor’s degree in education.
The couple were honored during a reception at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Sunrise before leaving for a honeymoon at St. Lucia. Upon return, they live in Weston.
