Parts of Lincoln Avenue will be closed for months

YOUNGSTOWN — Lincoln Avenue between Elm and Phelps streets will be closed for about two months, effective Tuesday. The closure is necessary for the construction of an underground utility tunnel in conjunction with Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business construction project, according to the city’s public works department. Detour signs are posted.
