FUNDRAISERS

• AWARE, Mercer County Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, will sponsor a Father’s Day Casino Night June 20 at Tiffany Manor in Brookfield. Doors open at 6 p.m. and there will be games of chance, including Blackjack Caribbean Stud, Let It Ride and Big 6 Wheel. There will also be a sports memorabilia raffle, including autographed boxing trunks donated by Kelly “The Ghost” Pavlik. Also available will be a cash bar and hors d’oeuvres. • Concerned Citizens for Quality Education will sponsor a bake sale, 50-50 raffle, basket raffle, and a food and rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Coitsville Township Building, state Route 422.

SALES

• Boardman Township Park will have a Baby Bargain Boutique sale from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Master’s Pavilion. Available will be good, usable maternity clothing, children’s clothing, toys and furniture for children 5 and under. There is no admission fee. For more information, call (330) 965-0482.

• Coitsville Presbyterian Church, 91 Coitsville-Hubbard Road, will have a rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. A light lunch will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

SPECIAL EVENTS

• The Bell Committee of Hubbard will sponsor a Texas Hold’em Tournament at 4 p.m. Saturday at Chestnut Ridge Park, 6486 Chestnut Ridge Road, Hubbard. There will be a $60 buy-in. • St. Lucy Church will sponsor a no-limit Texas Hold’em Tournament June 6 at the parish banquet center, 394 Tenney Ave., Campbell. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and play will begin at 6:30. A buy-in of $70 entitles player to $4,000 chips. Preregister by June 4 to receive $500 in extra chips. Cash games will be available beginning at 3 p.m. There will be free food, bottled water and pop. • United Quilt Guild will sponsor a quilt show from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 26 and 27 at Sebring McKinley High School, 225 E. Indiana Ave., Sebring. The “Quilts for all Seasons” event is open to the public and will be professionally judged. The deadline for entering an item will be Saturday. On Friday the featured speaker will be Sue Nickels, internationally known quilter and teacher. There will be demonstrations and refreshments.
