LISBON — A Lisbon man’s car ended up on its roof in a lake after he lost control of his car this morning on Case Road in Knox Township, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported.

According to authorities with the patrol’s Lisbon post, Michael Miller, 26, was driving north on the road at 3:30 a.m. when he lost control, struck a tree and ended up upside down in about three feet of water.

He was able to get out of the car on his own, and was taken to Salem Community Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, the patrol said. State troopers are investigating the accident.
