YOUNGSTOWN — Health-care professionals are on a constant journey to make improvements in patient care, safety and customer service, and many of the best ideas come from the people who are on the front lines.
Humility of Mary Health Partners Quality Olympics program Thursday at St. Elizabeth Health Center on Belmont Avenue will showcase some of these ideas developed by staff from throughout the HMHP region.
The morning program includes 11 oral presentations from 8 a.m. to noon in the hospital’s Finnegan Auditorium. Some 40-plus posters of these presentations and other topics will be on display from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the hospital’s second-floor private dining rooms.
The posters will go on a traveling road show throughout the region beginning Friday.
