May 11

Theft: A Honda three-wheeler was stolen from the driveway of a home in the 4000 block of Crum Road.

Criminal damaging: Paint on a vehicle was damaged at apartments in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Theft: About 80 gallons of diesel fuel was siphoned from a tractor-trailer at Fyda Freightliner, 5260 Seventy-Six Drive.

Assault: Two male teenagers were riding their bikes in the wooded west of the 3000 block of South Raccoon Road and were assaulted by four suspects, who later drove away in a 1994-95 model year vehicle.

May 12

Theft: A lawn ornament was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Artmar Drive.

Fraud: A woman from the 6000 block of Fairview Road reported that six unauthorized transactions were made against her debit/credit card.

Bad check: A man is accused of passing a bad check for $645 at Rachel’s Restaurant, 3567 Mahoning Ave.

Breaking and entering: A fence was cut and two four-wheelers were stolen at Austintown Pawn, 3700 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Camera equipment was stolen at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A laptop computer was stolen at Hillbrook Apartments, 486 S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: A purse was stolen at the Babylon, 114 Javit Court.

Theft: Game cards were stolen at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damaging: Sugar was reportedly put in the gas tank of a vehicle parked near an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Theft: Audio equipment including two Bose speakers, three compact-disc players, four cordless microphones, four cords, about 200 compact discs, four cases and a four-wheel dolly were stolen at Lucianno’s Restaurant, 1739 S. Raccoon Road.

May 13

Theft: A 26-inch LCD television was stolen from Wal-Mart.

Vandalism: A school bus was damaged at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.

Theft: A total of 80 gallons of fuel was siphoned out of a tractor-trailer at Fyda Freightliner.

Theft: A laptop computer and medication were stolen from a vehicle parked at the Austintown Plaza, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

May 14

Assault: Police issued a man a summons for an assault on another man after entering The Vindicator office, 300 Victoria Road, and punching him in the head.

Theft: A male suspect stole shoes at Wal-Mart.

Theft: A Nintendo game system was stolen from an apartment in the 70 block of Westminster Avenue and taken to Austintown Pawn.

Theft: A wallet was stolen and credit cards were used at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Drug offense: Police issued a Youngstown woman two summons for possession of marijuana and a black metal pipe at Interstate Boulevard and state Route 46.

Theft: Police issued a man a summons for theft at Walgreens, 40 N. Meridian Road.

May 15

Fraud: A debit card was accessed at a home in the 3000 block of Brickley Avenue.

Theft: A medication bottle of 45 morphine tablets was stolen at a home in the 2000 block of South Raccoon Road.

Fraud: Money was accessed from a bank account at a home in the 2000 block of Oak Trace Drive.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to a Visa account from the homeowner in the 10 block of Penny Lane.

Theft: A handgun and a shotgun were taken from a home in the 3000 block of South Wendover Avenue.

May 16

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at the Fifth Season Banquet Center, 1400 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Breaking and entering: A man was arrested for breaking into the Fifth Season Banquet Center.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 3000 block of South Raccoon Road.

Theft: A woman was arrested for stealing groceries at Giant Eagle, 5200 Mahoning Ave.

Telecommunications harassment: A woman is accused of making harassing calls to a home in the 4000 block of East Webb Road.

Theft: A total of $326.19 was taken from a cash register at McDonald’s, 1709 S. Raccoon Road.

May 17

Theft: A Nintendo game system and some video games were stolen from an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Criminal damaging: Three vehicle tires were cut at a home in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Drive.

Assault: A 69-year-old man was assaulted at McQuaid’s, 702 N. Meridian Road.

Drug offense: Police arrested a Youngstown man for possession of suspected heroin and an Austintown woman arrested for possession of suspected heroin, a syringe and a crack pipe at Mahoning Avenue and Four Mile Run Road.
