Grave decoration for holiday set Saturday in Poland

POLAND — In preparation for Memorial Day, Sons of the American Legion Mahoning Valley Squadron 15 members Joey Mudryk and Jeff Vrabel Sr. with Gerrilynne Mudryk, placed American flags on graves Old Cemetery at Poland Presbyterian Church. The tradition of Squadron 15 decorating Old Cemetery is in its fifth year.

Graves decoration at Poland Riverside Cemetery will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday. Members of the American Legion Mahoning Valley Post 15, American Legion Auxiliary Mahoning Valley Unit 15, and Sons of The American Legion Mahoning Valley Squadron 15 will be joined by local Boy and Cub Scout troops to place flags on the graves military veterans.
