Downtown Youngstown street closed most of today

YOUNGSTOWN — A waterline tap-in at the Semple Building will keep West Federal Street eastbound from Vindicator Square to Hazel Street closed for most of today.

The project should be finished later today, said Charles Shasho, the city’s deputy director of public works. There is a detour around the street.
