Area veterinarian , Dr. Donald K. Allen has just announced his candidacy for the 6th District Congressional seat now held by Democrat Charlie Wilson.
Allen, who ran for president last year, will speak publicly about his candidacy for the first time this morning with Louie Free, Vindy.com's news radio partner.
