COLUMBUS — K ° Star Whitted, 5, daughter of Jessica Brown of Youngstown, was a state finalist in the National America Miss Ohio Pageant on June 19 and 20 at the Hyatt Hotel.
The youngster performed running, gymnastics, dancing and riding her bike.
