The Cash for Clunkers program should shift into high gear Friday when the federal government releases the final details of the program to participating dealers, and The Vindicator is looking for car buyers looking to take advantage of the program.
To qualify for a $3,500 or $4,500 voucher to help pay for a new vehicle, customers must have a car that is less than 25 years old and gets combined fuel mileage of 18 miles per gallon or less. The new car must get better mileage to qualify.
