Warren issues reminders in light of heavy snows

WARREN — City officials remind residents that the parking ban is still in effect and to make sure cars are off the streets so snowplows can clear away snow.

Also, William D. Franklin, safety-service director, says residents are responsible for keeping the sidewalks in front of their homes clear of snow. He added it would be appreciated if neighbors clear the sidewalks of the homes of those who are elderly or disabled.
