YOUNGSTOWN — Thursday’s meeting of the Mahoning County Commissioners has been cancelled due to uncertainty over the weather, said Judith A. Tesone, office manager. The next board meeting will be at 10 a.m. Feb. 5 in the county courthouse basement.
