HOWLAND — The Howland Township Park District’s Annual Financial Report for fiscal year 2008 is completed and available for viewing Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the township Government Building, 205 Niles-Cortland Road, N. E. (state Route 46).
