Grand jury indicts Austintown man in sex case


YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County grand jury has indicted a 48-year-old Austintown man on 16 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, seven counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and eight counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.

The panel returned the 31-count indictment today against Terrence R. Justice of North Roanoke Avenue. All the offenses allegedly occurred on or about April 27, 2007. If he is convicted of all counts, he could receive up to 88 years in prison. Justice, who worked as a janitor in Boardman, was arrested Jan. 11.
