YOUNGSTOWN — Jason Dickey scored 11 points over a 90-second stretch of the fourth quarter as the Potters outscored Chaney 27-12 in the final period to rally. Dickey finished with 26 points and four assists for the Potters (4-6) while Ken Strong had 19 points and seven rebounds for the Cowboys (1-9). Tyrell Howell added 14 points and Mike Parker 12.

Howland 70, Champion 59

CHAMPION — The Golden Flashes (3-7) held a 32-28 lead at intermission, but the Tigers (7-4) pulled ahead with a 21-11 surge in the third quarter. Kyle Spence paced Howland with 22 points. Tyler Scott added 18 and he pulled down nine rebounds. Jared Kirin finished with 15 points and Drew Guido had seven assists. Tyler Day led Champion with 18 points and Ian Barnes had 16.

Lakeview 77, Jefferson 45

JEFFERSON — Jarred Clark scored 18 points to lead the Bulldogs (8-3). Robert Franks scored 17 points and pulled down seven rebounds while Joel Davis scored 12 points and handled seven rebounds. Tom Sarko scored 10 points. For Jefferson, Zak Graf netted 10.

United 83, Springfield 70

HANOVERTON — Jeremy Walker had 22 points and 10 rebounds while Jason Ramus hit five 3-pointers en route to 19 points to lead United. Zack Taylor added 15 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for the Eagles (5-2, 4-1 Inter Tri-County League Tier One), who outscored the Tigers 21-11 in the second quarter. Todd Kibby had 18 points, Eric Lipp scored 16 and Brad Ferraro 12 for Springfield (5-5, 3-3).

South Range 65, Lisbon 43

NORTH LIMA — The Raiders (4-7, 3-4 ITCL1) jumped out to a 19-4 lead in the first quarter and they were in command 34-16 at halftime. Kyle Seaver scored a game-high 26 points for South Range. Dustin Pearson and Anthony Lee led the Blue Devils (2-9, 1-6) with 17 and 10 points, respectively.

Toronto 72, Southern 70

TORONTO — Sophomore Trey Griffith led the Indians (6-6) with 21 points. Also reaching double figures were Eric Baker with 15, Ethan Blatch with 13 and Andrew Diaz with 12. For Toronto, Derek Takacs scored 25.

Maplewood 66, Mathews 52

CORTLAND — Sean Zekkour scored six of his 13 points in the final quarter to help keep Maplewood undefeated after the Northeastern Athletic Conference game. Luke Orth also scored 13 points for Maplewood (10-0, 8-0). Ryan Pease had 11 points and Tom Bottorff and Alex Doneyko 10 each to key Maplewood’s balanced attack. Zekkour also had nine rebounds while Pease and Orth had five assists apiece. Cullin Bowser had 15 points for Mathews while Chris Morgan added 12 and Seth Paddock 11.

West Branch 40, Akron Springfield 39

BELOIT — Matt Tafe and Evan Campbell each scored 12 points for the Warriors (3-7).
