BOARDMAN — Our Valley Cooks Recipe Challenge and Food Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 14 at Mr. Anthony’s, 7440 South Ave. Among the events featured will be recipe contests and a cooking demonstration by Aaron McCargo Jr., host of “Big Daddy’s House” on the Food Network.
