YOUNGSTOWN — Interstate 680 northbound between South Avenue and state Route 193 and will have various lane restrictions until 3 p.m. today while Ohio Department of Transportation crews patch potholes. If the weather permits, daily patching will occur at various locations on I-680 throughout the remainder of the week.
