A checklist of local, state and federal institutions and local businesses closed various days. All schools will be closed. Residents of communities not listed should check their governmental office schedules.

City offices: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Sharon, closed Friday; New Castle, noon Thursday through Friday; Newton Falls Municipal Court, closed Thursday and Friday.

County offices: Mahoning, Columbiana, Lawrence, closed Friday; Trumbull and Mercer, closed noon Thursday through Friday.

All state offices: Closed Friday.

Federal offices: U.S. Post Office, Youngstown; Warren; Federal Bankruptcy Court; District Court, closed Friday.

Universities: Youngstown State, offices closed Friday; Kent State Trumbull Campus, offices closed through Sunday.

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): last outbound route downtown, 5:40 and 6:10; Southern Park Mall, 4:25; West loop, 5:05; East loop, 5:35 Thursday; closed Friday.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, Newton Falls Public Library, closed Thursday and Friday; Warren-Trumbull, closed 6 p.m. Thursday through Friday; Girard Free Library, 9 to 3 p.m. Thursday, closed Friday; McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, closed Thursday through Sunday.

Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, closed Friday.
