Youngstown man faces murder charge

YOUNGSTOWN — Police have arrested a city man in the murder of another city man last week.

Marcel Roberson, 27, of Tod Lane was arrested at the police department at 4:30 p.m. Friday on a warrant for the murder of Kevin Hart, 38, of Zents Street. Roberson will likely be arraigned in Youngstown Municipal Court early next week.

Hart was found slumped over dead in his car with multiple gunshot wounds to the back in the area of Zents and Logan Avenue Dec. 11.
