Children from Good Hope Lutheran Church presented “The Perfect Gift” to three packed audiences this Dec. 12-13.

The 29 children aged preschool to high school and were directed by Boardman resident Ginny Eddy since they began practicing in August. The play provided song, dances and surprises as it brought the true meaning of Christmas to the community.

Lead roles were played by Katelyn DeLadurantey, Megan Chambers, Megan Adams and Matt Stark from Boardman, along with Mark Jenkins, of Poland, Andrew Summers, of Hubbard, Maia Totterdale of Austintown and David Polonus of New Middletown.
