MASSILLON — Jamil Dudley led the Tigers (1-2) with 25 points and eight rebounds. For the Panthers (2-3), Trumane Jenkins scored 18 points and made five rebounds, three steals and seven assists. Justin Brown and Jarelle Burt each scored 13 points, with Brown pulling nine caroms. Martez Penn had 11 points and seven rebounds.

Campbell 75, Brookfield 42

BROOKFIELD — Nate Hodge scored 29 points and Jerah’me Williams 25 to lead the Red Devils (2-1). For the Warriors (2-1), Pablo Diaz and Mike Johnson each scored seven points.

Canfield 80, Liberty 40

LIBERTY — Mike Podolsky scored 22 points while Danny Campolito and Joe Hoelzel added 14 apiece to pace Canfield. Campolito had four 3-point goals. Ten players scored for the Cardinals, who took a 40-17 lead at the half. Curtis Mann had 11 points to spark Liberty.

Beaver Local 61, Lakeview 49

CORTLAND — Travis Lynch scored 17 of his 30 points in the fourth quarter as the Beavers took control. During the final frame, Beaver Local (1-3) posted a 14-0 run. Nick Adkins scored nine points and Kyle Knepper eight. For the Bulldogs (1-4), Zach McDivitt scored 11 points while Justin Misterka and Austin Haines each pulled down nine rebounds.

LaBrae 85, Champion 65

CHAMPION — Matt Szorady fired in 23 points, including five 3-point goals, while Mike Morris added 23 points with four treys to lead LaBrae, in the All-American Conference Blue opener for both teams. Jacob Jaros added 10 points and Andrew Sekula nine to aid the Vikings (3-2, 1-0 AAC Blue), who cashed 12 long-distance shots. Ian Branes scored 16 points, Ross Farmer 14 and Billy Yartz 10 to pace Champion (1-3, 0-1).

South Range 48, Crestview 40

NORTH LIMA — Kyle Seaver scored 12 points and Andy Lacefield 10 for the Raiders (4-1, 3-0 Inter Tri-County League Tier One). For the Rebels, Brian Orr scored 18 points with six 3-pointers. He also had five rebounds. Carter Hill contributed nine points and three steals.

East Palestine 78, Mineral Ridge 41

EAST PALESTINE — Ben Gysin had 14 points and 12 rebounds to pace undefeated East Palestine’s well-balanced attack. Austin Cope added 13 points and six assists, Corey Wright 12 points and Trevor Patterson 10 to aid East Palestine (5-0, 3-0 ITCL1), while Trevor Reiser and Jake DiCello dropped in nine apiece. Zack Kiger had 19 points to lead Mineral Ridge (1-3, 1-2).

Lisbon 83, Heartland Christian 57

LISBON — Todd Padurean scored 22 points and made 12 assists to lead the Blue Devils. William Bowyer contributed 21 points and 10 rebounds. Patrick Gresh scored 16 points and Zach Rovnak had 10 while Matt Metzgar had 10 points and 10 rebounds. For Heartland, Jake Farren led with 17 points, followed by John Osborne with 16, Duran Foutz with 14 and Michael Sterns with 12.

Columbiana 67, United 43

COLUMBIANA — Nick Good, Logan Goist and Tyler Denmeade scored 16, 14 and 10 points respectively for the Clippers (3-2, 2-1 ITCL1). Jesse Mitchell scored eight points for United which trailed just 31-18 at the break.

Lowellville 90, Southern 89

SALINEVILLE — With four seconds remaining, Mike Matisi’s free throw gave the Rockets (3-2, 2-1 ITCL2) the victory. Matisi finished with 16 points and six assists. Anthony Alfano scored 22 of his team-high 25 points in the second and third quarters as Lowellville overcame a 10-point deficit and took a 10-point lead into the third. Southern’s Jake Boyle scored a game-high 34-points, including a game-tying 3-pointer late in the fourth quarter. Mauro Amendola added 21 points for the Rockets and Joe Harris added 17 points and eight rebounds. Eric Baker had 20 points for Southern, which suffered its first loss of the season.

Youngstown Christian 40, Lake Center Christian 38

HARTVILLE — With the score tied 35-35-, John Pecchia canned a 3-point goal and Casey Carroll added a basket to give Youngstown Christian a 40-35 lead. Carroll with 19 points to lead Youngstown Christian (5-0). Brock Justice netted 20 points, including four 3-point goals, to spur Lake Center while T.J. Kline tacked on 10 points.

West Branch 47, Canton South 40

BELOIT — Tyler Rockwell scored six of his 14 points in the first quarter when the Warriors jumped out to a 16-0 lead. Jake Gonci added 13 points for West Branch. Canton South got 11 points from Othan Gallion.

Bloomfield 76, Bristol 66

BRISTOLVILLE — Dustin Kovolak scored 28 points and Aaron Knight 21 for Bloomfield (3-1). Matt Byler scored 14. For the Panthers (0-3), Andrew Holko scored 27 points and justin Chapman 14.

Kennedy Catholic 61, Mercer 39

HERMITAGE, PA. — Rocky Farmartino scored 17 points to lead Kennedy Catholic (2-2, 1-0 Mercer County League), while Matt Gurska contributed 11 and Nick Cianti 10.
