NEW MIDDLETOWN — Lexi Zubick made two free throws with 11 seconds left to give Springfield a four-point lead and clinch the win. Lisbon’s Mindy Jackson made a 3-pointer just before time expired for the final points. Brooke Schrieber scored 12 points with eight rebounds to lead a balanced scoring effort for the Tigers (4-1, 3-0 Inter Tri-County League Tier One). Zubick had seven points and seven assists. Jackson scored 28 for Lisbon, which trailed 30-21 at halftime before rallying to tie the game entering the fourth.

South Range 80, Crestview 60

NORTH LIMA — Gab Naples had 15 points, eight rebounds and six assists, Tab Stanton scored 15 points with five steals and Ellie Stoffer added 14 points and 11 rebounds for South Range (4-3, 2-1 ITCL Tier One), which raced out to a 29-5 lead after one quarter. Sam Smith had 13 points and five steals and Emily Seman 11 points and six assists. Ashley Harrison scored 22 points, Shanelle Davner had 13 and Chelsea Caudill 10 for Crestview (2-4, 0-3).

United 64, Columbiana 32

SEBRING — Crystal Richards and Ruth Prosko each scored 14 points for United (6-0). Richards had four 3-point goals. Katie Witmer managed nine points for Columbiana (0-3), while Irene Coy had 16 rebounds and seven points.

East Palestine 57, Mineral Ridge 29

MINERAL RIDGE — Emily Casto scored 19 points and Bre Hull added 14 for the Bulldogs, who outscored Ridge 15-0 in the opening quarter. East Palestine dedicated the game to junior Brooke Duffy, who broke her arm in practice on Tuesday.

Lowellville 56, Southern 27

SALINEVILLE — Taylor Hvisdak and Kaye Solak scored 11 points apiece to pace Lowellville (4-1). Maddy Dowling managed 11 points for Southern (1-4).

Western Reserve 55, Wellsville 33

WELLSVILLE — Colleen Kennehan scored eight of her 15 points in the third quarter as Reserve outscored Wellsville 24-10 over that stretch. Sammi Burton added 12 points and nine rebounds for the Blue Devils (5-2, 3-0 ITCL Tier Two) and Victoria Brown had 12 rebounds and 13 blocks. Mikayla Tipton had 17 points and eight rebounds for the Tigers (1-4, 1-2), who committed 31 turnovers.

McDonald 52, Jackson-Milton 39

McDONALD — Ahead by just one (23-22) at halftime, junior Jamie Stellmar had seven of her 16 points in the third quarter to help the Blue Devils. McDonald got a game-high 22 points from Joh’Vonnie Mosley, a senior who also had 17 of the Blue Devils’ 32 rebounds. The only loss for McDonald (5-1, 3-0 ITCL Tier Two) was to Windham in its second game. Maddie Griffith had 12 points for Jackson-Milton.

Leetonia 51, Sebring 47

SEBRING — Clarissa Perkins scored 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while Lauren Ketterman had 17 points to spark Leetonia in the Tier Two game. Nicole Mann contributed eight rebounds for the Bears. Taylor Ward had 11 points, Emily Dickens 10 and Haley Maretich nine to lead Sebring.

Lordstown 48, Badger 35

LORDSTOWN — Lindsey Harrison scored 16 points, including three 3-point goals, and Kelsey Wickline 13 points to lead Lordstown. Sarah Bonar scored 27 points, including four 3-point goals, to lead Badger.
