UThe Mahoning Avenue lane closure on a bridge that spans state Route 11 in Austintown, noted on Page B1 in Wednesday’s editions, was incorrect. The Ohio Department of Transportation says the north side of the bridge is closed for repairs, with two-way traffic on the south side.

UBruce Zoldan, owner of the B.J. Alan fireworks company and the Mahoning Valley Phantoms hockey team that played most of its home games at the Chevrolet Centre, offered $120,000 annually for five years for the center’s naming rights. The story in Wednesday’s Vindicator said the offer was $140,000, which was corrected by Eric Ryan, executive director of the center.
