Man hurt in South Side shooting


YOUNGSTOWN — Police are investigating a shooting this evening on the city’s South side.

Police said that just after 8 p.m. today a man was shot at a house in the 400 block of W. Princeton Avenue.

The victim, whose identity is still not available, was reportedly shot twice in the arm.

Police said he was conscious and talking to officers on scene. He was taken to St. Elizabeth’s Health Center with injuries that appear to be non-life threatening, police said.
