Trumbull Co. auditor begins updating photo data base this month

WARREN — The Trumbull County Auditor’s office will be updating the photographs in its data base showing the front exterior of every county residential and commercial building.

Workers in white Ford vans marked with an auditor’s office sign will be driving along every street and photographing property from the public right of way, Auditor Adrian Biviano said.

Workers from Integrity Appraisal Services Inc. of Niles will begin the photographing at the end of this month and continue for about four months.

Biviano said the project will improve the county’s real estate records and provide a “before” photograph of a structure in case of a loss and the owner needs a photograph for insurance purposes.

Workers also will verify addresses used by the county’s Geographic Information System mapping department during the project.
