Vigil honoring victims scheduled for Tuesday in Warren

WARREN —The Twenty-Fourth Annual Victims’ Rights Week Vigil will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at The First United Methodist Church, 3090 N. Park Ave. . The guest speaker will be the Judge Peter J. Kontos of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court. The names of the victims from 2008-09 will be read and everyone will have a chance to light a candle for the loved one in their family that survived or was lost due to a violent crime.
