TEA AND TREASURES: Columbiana Women’s Club, 121 N. Main St., Columbiana, will be the setting from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 1 and 2 for one of the club’s major fundraising events. “Tea and Treasures” is the theme for the event, which will feature tea, served with an assortment of savory canapes, finger sandwiches, cookies and pastries. This year the traditional event has been expanded to include an exhibit of collectibles on the second floor of the club. Displaying some of the antique art, French clocks, glassware, jewelry, collectible children’s books and teapots that will be among the treasures are, from left, Laurie Steeb, Roberta Myers and Pat Tingle, club members. The tea and collection showing will be included in the $10 donation. Tickets may be purchased at the door. Reservations are not required but can be made by contacting the club at (330) 482-2832.
