NKRC Golf Classic set at Trumbull club

WARREN — Golfers throughout Northeastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania are invited to participate in the 12th annual Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic Golf Classic on June 8 at Trumbull Country Club, 600 Golf Drive.

All proceeds from the event will support the clinic’s various adult and youth programs and the Dick Riley Fellowship Hall, a safe haven meeting place for people in recovery from addiction.

The four-person scramble will begin with registration and an open range at 10 a.m. and include lunch at noon and a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. The Rev Timothy O’Neill will serve as master of ceremonies at the hors d’oeuvres-and-awards reception at the conclusion of play. Prizes will be awarded to male and female golfers based on their skills and accuracy.

Sponsorships on the following levels are available:

• Gold Sponsor, $1,200 – includes newspaper ad recognition, corporate name on scoreboard, passes for four golfers, four lunches, four passes to awards reception and a sponsor sign on the green.

• Silver Sponsor, $500 – includes newspaper ad recognition, passes for two golfers, two lunches, two passes to awards reception and a sponsor sign on the green.

• Bronze Sponsor, $250 – includes newspaper ad recognition, two passes to awards reception and a sponsor sign on the green.

• Tee sponsor, $100 – includes recognition sign at tee.

• Golf patron, $150 – includes one golf pass, one lunch and one pass to awards reception .

“Key to Healing” jewelry, designed exclusively for the NKRC by Cynthia Grant, will be available at the event. Half of all jewelry sales proceeds will benefit the clinic.
