Golf coupon book available from UW

YOUNGSTOWN — The United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley is offering a 2009 Golf United Coupon Book to all donors who give the United Way at least $50.

The coupons are good for 50 percent off one round of 18 holes of golf at each of the following courses: Bedford Trails Golf Course, Kennsington Golf Club, Knoll Run Golf Course, Mill Creek Park Golf Course, Pine Lakes Golf Course and Yankee Run Golf Course

Golf coupons are good for the 2009 season only and are valid any weekday, and weekends after 2 p.m.

“If someone buys the coupon book and plays all six courses, it is a savings of more than $100,” said Bob Hannon, President and Chief Professional Officer of the United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley. “There is a lot of value in buying the coupon book, and the donation goes to helping people in our community”.
