Pastor Bell to be installed at Cornerstone


BOARDMAN — Cornerstone Presbyterian Church, 471 Mathews Road, will have an installation ceremony for Pastor Mark Bell at 5:30 p.m. Sunday during a special worship service. A reception will follow.

Pastor Bell, his wife, Claudia, and their four children came from upstate New York, where he had served a church for the past 10 years. Pastor Bell is originally from Butler, Pa.

He graduated from Grove City College, Grove City, Pa., in 1991 and received a master of divinity degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts.

Cornerstone is a member congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America. The PCA is one of the fastest-growing Protestant Evangelical denominations in the country, tracing its theological roots to the early Christian church and the Protestant Reformation in 16h century.
