Opting In
Howland Township
To receive Direct Energy’s fixed rate of $9.91 per Mcf for the township gas aggregate program:
Call (866) 803-4618 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.
Homeowners 65 and older must request the discounted rate of $9.81.
Residents can opt in at any time, but the fixed rate will end after November 2009.
