About 700 in attendance for GMA and McCain at YSU this morning


YOUNGSTOWN — “|Think pink,” Is the message that girls of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority will be sending America this morning. “We’re here for breast cancer not politics,” said Marla Dull, district president of ZTA.

The sorority was invited to spread awareness about the disease on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” which is broadcasting this morning from Beeghly Center on the campus of Youngstown State University.

The doors to the event opened at 5:30 a.m. and by 6 a.m. there were about 700 people in attendance.

Featured guest this morning is Sen. John McCain, who is the Republican presidential nominee. He will speak later today at a rally in Hanoverton.
