Extra police will be on the road Friday

YOUNGSTOWN — A Halloween traffic blitz will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday. There will be extra officers on the road, concentrating on impaired drivers, speed, and safety belt violators as well as overall traffic safety of trick-or-treaters. Halloween hours in the city are 5 to 7 p.m.
