YOUNGSTOWN — The Oct. 23 Meat Loaf concert at Chevrolet Centre, which was postponed when the singer came down with the flu, has been rescheduled for Dec. 2. Tickets purchased in advance will be honored at the Dec. 2 show, according to a news release from Chevrolet Centre. Tickets are still available at all Ticketmaster outlets and the Chevrolet Center box office.
