Drug abuse/paraphernalia: Police arrested a 24-year-old Hubbard man at East Main Street and the cemetery on charges of drug abuse and drug paraphernalia, for possession of a pipe with marijuana residue and marijuana.
Drug abuse/paraphernalia: Police arrested two men on drug charges at state Route 46 and the Experimental Farm, including an 18-year-old Leavittsburg man for possession of a bag of marijuana of about 7 grams; and an 18-year-old Wooster man for possession of a glass pipe with marijuana residue and a bag of marijuana of about 5 grams.
Oct. 19
Drug possession: A 55-year-old Warren man was arrested at West Main Street and Cardinal Drive for possession of a single tablet of Oxycontin and 5 grams of suspected crack cocaine.
Drug paraphernalia: Police arrested a 19-year-old Warren man for possession of a multi-colored glass pipe with suspected marijuana residue at CVS, 601 E. Main Street.

Cocaine/marijuana: A 21-year-old Canfield man was arrested for possession of a bag of suspected marijuana and a bag of suspected cocaine, at Neff Drive and Montgomery Drive.
Oct. 22
Drug abuse/paraphernalia: An 18-year-old Canfield man was arrested on charges of drug abuse of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia at Hillside Drive and East Main Street. Police found a metal tin containing suspected marijuana and a screen containing suspected burned marijuana residue.

Misuse of credit card: Police received a complaint that a debit card was used to charge $10 without the owner’s consent.

Theft: A bag with the male victim’s license, a credit card and a checkbook were stolen from a vehicle at a home in the 60 block of North Beverly Avenue.
Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to a victim’s account at a home in the 3000 block of Darbyshire Drive.
Theft: A Pioneer compact disc/DVD player was stolen from a vehicle at a home in the 60 block of North Raccoon Road.
Burglary: A Smith and Wesson gun was stolen from an apartment in the 1000 block of Fountain Square.
Drug offense: An Austintown male juvenile was arrested for possession of marijuana at Sears, 6009 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: A burglary was reported at a home in the 3000 block of Burkey Road. A list of items taken is to be provided to police.
Criminal mischief: Buildings were spray painted at Wedgewood Park, Lancaster Court.
Theft: Two adult females and a juvenile female were apprehended and the two adults were issued summonses for theft at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damaging: A house was egged in the 5000 block of Cider Mill Run.
Criminal damaging: Vehicles were egged at a home in the 5000 block of Cider Mill Run.
Telephone harassment: Hang-up calls and annoying noises over the phone were reported at a home in the 4000 block of Burkey Road.
Criminal mischief: A house was egged in the 2000 block of Elm Trace Street.
Theft: Medical supplies were stolen from a home in the 4000 block of New Road.
Theft: Leather jackets were stolen from JCPenney Co., 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle at Quaker Steak and Lube, 5800 Interstate Boulevard.

Theft: Four hub caps were stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.
Theft: An unlocked vehicle had coins taken from it at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.
Menacing: A man is a suspect in menacing by stalking at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

DIsorderly conduct: A Mineral Ridge man was issued a summons for disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of North Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: 150 gallons of diesel fuel was stolen from a vehicle at the Comfort Inn, 5425 Clarkins Road.
Recovered property: Cut copper pipe was recovered in the woods north of the 60 block of Maple Drive.
Theft: Prescription pills were stolen from an auto in the 50 block of Westminister Avenue.
Drug offense: A Youngstown man was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, drug abuse, resisting arrest, aggravated trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. Police found two bags of marijuana on him.
Theft: Two tarps were stolen from an auto at Green Tree Transport, 483 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: A Girard man fled on foot after a theft at Wal-Mart, 6000 Mahoning Ave. after stealing a PlayStation headset valued at $29.92.

Criminal damaging: A man was issued a summons from criminal damaging at a home in the 3000 block of Lake Road.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 50 block of Westminister Ave.
Criminal damaging: A window was broken at an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Criminal damaging: A pumpkin was thrown through a window at an apartment in the 1000 block of Fountain Square.
Burglary: A window was broken but nothing was reported missing at an apartment in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.
Theft: A men’s wallet was stolen at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: A wallet and contents belonging to a man was stolen in the area of Pilot Oil.
Theft: A credit card and cell phone accounts were opened in the victim’s name at a home in the 5000 block of S. Raccoon Road.
Breaking and entering: A vacant home was entered and appliances and fixtures were stolen in the 300 block of S. Edgehill Ave.
Illegal dumping: A white Dodge van was seen when illegal dumping was taking place at Fox Run Apartments, 70 N. Raccoon Road.

Robbery: A man is a suspect, the ex-boyfriend of the victim, in theft of her purse and a 1996 Cadillac at Noday’s, 3713 Oakwood Ave.
Theft: $300 was stolen from a Chase account at a home in the 3000 block of Allendale Avenue.

Theft: A woman’s purse was taken at Bill’s Place, 4771 Mahoning Ave.
Auto theft: A 2007 Freightliner from Pennsylvania and a trailer from Missouri were stolen at FYDA Freightliner, 5260 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft: A purse was stolen at Wal-Mart.
Aggravated menacing: A man was threatened by two men at a home in the 500 block of Impala Drive.
Theft: $19 in fuel was stolen at UniMart, 5502 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A Chase card was taken and used at Rite Aid, 5498 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A carton of cigarettes was stolen at Sun Merchant, 3605 Mahoning Ave.
Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted calls were reported at an apartment in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road.
