Sentencings

These people were sentenced Friday in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. According to court documents:

David Blair Jr., 36, of Pebble Lane, Transfer, was placed on two years’ probation for terroristic threats and a consolidated count of recklessly endangering another person, both misdemeanors. On March 22, 2008, while Blair was trying to load a shotgun, he told a male victim at a Vernon Road, West Salem Township, residence that he would blow his head off.

Edwin Dominguez, 24, of American Way, Hermitage, was sentenced to five to 23 months in Mercer County Jail and ordered to make restitution for misdemeanor retail theft for stealing $30 worth of gasoline Nov. 11, 2007, at Sheetz, 1650 N. Hermitage Road, Hermitage. He was declared eligible for work release.

Nikkia Ford, 29, of Emerson Avenue, Farrell, was placed on one year’s probation for unsworn falsification to law enforcement authorities, a misdemeanor. She gave a false name to police April 6, 2008, when she was apprehended in Sharon on a traffic stop.
