YOUNGSTOWN — The Yo-Mah-O Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals is having a membership open house for anyone interested in joining the chapter at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 11 at A La Cart Catering, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield.
Guest speaker will be Dr. Cary Horvath, chairman of the communications department at Youngstown State University.
