Scrap theft again is the focus of Crime Stoppers of Greater Youngstown this week:

Crime: The theft of scrap metals from vacant homes and businesses.

Site: All over town.

Details: Thieves are taking copper pipes, aluminum siding and other items that can be sold as scrap.

Description of suspect: None.

Reward: Up to $2,000 is given for information leading to the arrest and indictment of people accused of crimes in the Mahoning Valley.
