YOUNGSTOWN — Park Vista Breakfast Club will meet at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 13 at the gathering room, 121 Fifth Ave., for coffee, a free continental breakfast and a program. The public is welcome.
The speaker will be Barb Amling of Retinal Associates, who will share her personal experience with vision impairment and provide suggestions for how to deal with vision loss.
