Jugenheimer 60th is celebrated at family dinner

• HUBBARD — Mr. and Mrs. William Jugenheimer, 543 Elmwood Drive, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary during a dinner party on Nov. 16 at Steamers in North Lima.

Family members serving as hosts for the occasion were Larry and Mildred Jugenheimer, Richard Jugenheimer, and Glen and Margie Jugenheimer, all of Hubbard. The family also includes nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Jugenheimer, the former Alice Dale, worked for Mott Robertson Ice Cream in Sharon, Pa., before staying at home to raise her children. She is a member a bowling league.

Mr. Jugenheimer, who worked in construction, also worked for General Electric, Dial Fencing and Cavanaugh Co. He was part-owner of State Industrial Supplies, was employed at All-Pro Sales and S&B Fasteners, and owned Toy and Hobby Town in Hubbard. He retired in 1994 from Jugenheimer Industrial Supplies Inc, a firm he started in 1976 with his three sons. He was a safety director in Hubbard, and served on the Mahoning Valley Economic Development committee and the Hubbard Zoning Board.

The Jugenheimers, who are members of Home Builders and the Happy Wanderers, helped start Cub Scouts in Hubbard.

The couple, who were united in marriage on Nov. 11, 1948, at the Methodist Church in Youngstown, are members of Hubbard United Methodist Church.
