New Castle City Council meeting moved to Tuesday

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — City council has moved its regular public meeting from Thursday to Tuesday because of Thanksgiving Day. The session is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. and will be in council chambers at the City Building, 230 N. Jefferson St.
