After-hours wine taste at the mall

BOARDMAN — An after-hours Charity Wine Taste from 7 to 10 p.m. Dec. 7 at the Southern Park Mall is planned to benefit Miracles Unlimited Inc.

Miracles is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help children with physical disabilities discover their potential and abilities through Conductive Education.

Guests entering the mall near Jillian’s will be greeted by a festive atmosphere in the Sears corridor.

Hors d’oeuvres will be served to those attending the event as they stroll through the mall while sampling some of the more than 40 wines from around the world that will be available.

Works by local fine artists will be displayed and available for sale, with a portion of the artist’s proceeds also benefiting Miracles Unlimited.

Tickets for the evening are $20 per person and include 12 wine tastes per person, or a VIP table for eight will be $175 per table and will include 12 wine tastes per person, a complimentary bottle of wine and a cheese plate. Wine may also be purchased by the bottle or case.
