Snow slows traffic; caution advised

YOUNGSTOWN — It snowed overnight in the Mahoning Valley area.

Roads are snow covered and slippery. Traffic is slow in most areas, even though road crews have been out and plowed and salted major roadways. Expect delays and allow extra time to get wherever you’re going this morning.
